Yoh Unveils Online Payroll Services Exchange

PHILADELPHIA, July 30, 2003 - Yoh today launched the payroll services product of its web-based Private Exchange, powered by SAP, to help corporate buyers increase productivity and reduce the administrative burden associated with managing independent contractors.

Yoh's Private Exchange is an end-to-end online tool for procurement and management of contract employees. The payroll services product is designed to provide human resources departments and independent contractors with the online services required to facilitate day-to-day transactions - as well as the administrative and management services needed to comply with employment law and IRS guidelines. Yoh will also provide customers with industry-leading content, on-demand management reports and offline customer service resources.
