Yoh Names Stanczak as Chief Operating Officer
Philadelphia, Pa.—October 31, 2006— Yoh, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing services, today announced that industry veteran Larry Stanczak has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.

With more than 25 years of experience in the professional talent industry, Stanczak joins Yoh with proven competencies in strategy, business model and human capital development and deployment, all of which have helped his previous companies cultivate winning cultures that focus on the customer and on generating strong results.
Immediately before joining Yoh, Stanczak led the sales and business development efforts for a unit of MarineMax, a Sarasota, Fla.-based yacht company. Prior to that, Stanczak served as Chief Operating Officer for Kforce (NASDAQ: KFRC), a full-service professional staffing firm. In that role, he directed field operations for approximately 80 locations in more than 40 markets in the Information Technology, Finance and Accounting, Health Care, Clinical Research and Scientific areas. During his tenure, he was instrumental in returning the company to operating profitability despite an industry downturn, as well as reducing staff turnover.
Before joining Kforce, Stanczak was Vice President of Operations for Source Services, a provider of staffing and consulting services in the Information Technology, Accounting and Finance, Engineering, Legal, Manufacturing and Healthcare markets.
Stanczak holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
