Lesa Francis Joins Yoh as Senior Vice President of Managed Services

PHILADELPHIA, PA—April 6, 2006—Today Yoh, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing services and a unit of Day & Zimmermann, announced that Lesa Francis has joined the company as the Senior Vice President, Managed Services. Francis' arrival marks the alignment of the company's managed staffing and outsourcing service operations under a single executive position, centralizing all related business development, national sales and operations activities to extend Yoh's leadership as the premier provider of high-impact talent and services. Francis reports directly to President and CEO Bill Yoh.

Francis is an accomplished staffing industry veteran, with 20 years of experience in leadership and executive roles. Before joining Yoh, Francis was Executive Vice President of Medical Staffing Network, where she directed the company's Per Diem division. She also spent 14 years at Spherion, holding a variety of roles with increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Operations for Spherion's $1.5 billion Staffing and Workforce Management unit. She also served in several senior field and leadership roles at Adecco.
